In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ikea888 website accessible at ikea888.club and all associated mobile-browser interfaces, services, and features provided thereunder.
• "ikea888", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the ikea888 platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform after successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, bonus credits (where applicable), and winnings held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched deposit amounts granted to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds or associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by the Player using their own money, excluding Bonus Funds.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager or game stake through ikea888, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional terms and conditions, rules, or policies referenced herein or published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ikea888. You acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and that your agreement is not contingent on any representation not set out herein.

Use of the ikea888 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ikea888 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by anyone under 21 years of age. By registering an Account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
• You must be a human individual. Registrations made by automated processes, bots, or on behalf of third parties are prohibited.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or agent of ikea888 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded, voluntarily or compulsorily, from the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

ikea888 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended immediately and any balance may be subject to review and forfeiture.

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only on the ikea888 Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the device, email address, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly should any details change. ikea888 is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — is your responsibility. Notify ikea888 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

ikea888 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time, including prior to processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension.

The minimum deposit amount on the ikea888 Platform is RM20 (Malaysian Ringgit). Deposits may be made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT, subject to current availability. ikea888 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Deposits are credited to a Player's Account in Malaysian Ringgit. Where a deposit is made in another currency, conversion will be applied at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ikea888 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals are processed subject to completion of identity verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and internal fraud and compliance checks. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in applicable promotional terms. ikea888 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of approval for verified accounts; eWallet withdrawals typically clear within 15–30 minutes of processing.

ikea888 does not accept deposits from third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in the registered Player's own name. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

ikea888 may offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Unless otherwise specified in promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus Funds are credited to a Player's Account separately from Real Money Funds and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the Wagering Requirement) before associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the promotional validity period. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings at the expiry of the promotion period.
• ikea888 applies Real Money Funds before Bonus Funds in determining bet settlement, unless promotion terms specify otherwise.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash (except where explicitly stated), or applied to other accounts.
• ikea888 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and to require additional verification before releasing bonus-related winnings.
• Systematic or abusive exploitation of bonuses — including but not limited to arbitrage strategies, collusion, or use of multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets and game stakes placed on the ikea888 Platform are final once confirmed. ikea888 does not accept cancellation of confirmed bets except in circumstances of demonstrable technical error on the part of the Platform. Decisions by ikea888 regarding the settlement of bets and games are final and binding.

In the event of a technical failure affecting the outcome of a game or bet — including server outages, disconnections, or software errors — ikea888 will endeavour to reconstruct the outcome using available data. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's Account.

Odds and game parameters displayed on the Platform at the time of bet placement are the applicable odds for that transaction. ikea888 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in displayed odds or parameters and to void bets placed at clearly erroneous prices.

Sportsbook markets may be suspended, voided, or settled in accordance with applicable sports governing body decisions, including match abandonments, result reversals, and disqualifications. ikea888's sportsbook rules for specific sports and bet types are published in the platform's Sportsbook Rules section.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ikea888 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and where appropriate, legal action:

• Registration of more than one Account, whether personally or through a proxy.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent manipulation of game outcomes.
• Money laundering, structuring, or any financial activity in connection with the Platform that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the Platform through a Virtual Private Network (VPN) or similar technology to circumvent jurisdictional restrictions.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities, including any pattern of play designed to exploit game mechanics outside their intended operation.
• Chargebacks or payment reversals on valid deposits without prior agreement from ikea888.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ikea888 staff or other platform users.

All content on the ikea888 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio-visual content, game software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of ikea888 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without express prior written consent from ikea888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ikea888 expressly excludes any liability for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Interruptions to Platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond ikea888's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by you based on information, statistics, or analysis provided on the Platform.
• Third-party conduct, including that of payment processors, game studios, or external service providers.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits ikea888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. ikea888's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

ikea888 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates in accordance with international gaming authority responsible gaming standards. The Platform provides the following tools to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts that notify Players upon reaching a defined session duration.

Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During any self-exclusion period, the Player is prohibited from attempting to access the Platform.

ikea888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed.
• An Account is found to have been opened in violation of eligibility requirements.
• ikea888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• Fraudulent, suspicious, or abusive activity is identified in connection with the Account.
• Requested identity verification documents have not been provided within the stipulated timeframe.

Upon termination for cause, ikea888 may withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where no breach is established, Real Money Funds (net of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting ikea888 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data in connection with your use of the ikea888 Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

ikea888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via a notification displayed upon next login or by email to the address registered on the Account, at ikea888's discretion. The date of last revision is displayed at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which the ikea888 Platform operates.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the ikea888 Platform, you must first contact ikea888 support in writing to attempt to resolve the matter informally. ikea888 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within ten (10) business days. Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
